General comments

  • Cefazoline (of vancomycine/clindamycine) iv tot maximaal 24 uur postoperatief.
  • Bij heupfracturen, implantaten en ingrepen wervelkolom: bij bekende S.aureus-dragers wordt aangeraden mupirocine-neuszalf toe te voegen.
