- kort bestaande ziekte
- immuungecompromitteerden
- ernstige infecties
- nervus ophthalmicus
- meerdere dermatomen.
Gebied nervus ophthalmicus: overweeg te starten met iv therapie. Bij goede respons oraal uitbehandelen.
