Intraveneus immunoglobuline dient overwogen te worden ter ondersteuning van de behandeling (dag 1: 1 g/kg i.v.; dag 2-3: 0,5 g/kg i.v.)
Benzylpenicilline en flucloxacilline worden gegeven als continue infusie
